1. Digital Products and Services

For digital products (e-books, online courses, subscriptions):

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• To be eligible, the product must not have been downloaded or accessed
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

2. Donations

Donations to Hindu History are generally non-refundable. However, if you made a donation in error:

• Contact us within 7 days of the transaction
• Provide details of the transaction
• We will review each case individually

3. Events and Workshops

For paid events and workshops:

• Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations within 7 days: No refund (but may apply credit to future events)

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Downloaded digital products
• Services already rendered (completed consultations, etc.)
• Donations where goods/services were received in exchange
